In 2002, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland served 4,500 members. Since then, the Clubs have experienced tremendous growth and are now impacting the lives of over 13,000 kids with an expected growth of over 2,000 members per year.
With the need to ensure that members’ needs are fulfilled, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland initiated the aptly named campaign, Building What Kids Need to Succeed. Dollars raised from this campaign will go towards improving and expanding current Club sites to ensure programs for future generations of youth.
