2011-2012 It Just Takes One Web Portal
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland is successful largely because of generous gifts and donations from caring individuals and community-focused corporations and organizations. Your investment in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area will help young people find a safe and constructive place where they belong during the critical out-of-school hours—a time when many kids are left unsupervised. Unless specifically designated to a particular Club, campaign, program or event, donor investments are considered unrestricted and will be used to support crucial programs for youth and on-going operational costs for the Clubs.
Your financial contributions support the Boys & Girls Clubs in keeping youth membership fees low and affordable for all youth to participate. Membership dues are $5.00 per year, thanks to the support and contributions of corporations, businesses and individuals. $0.85 of every dollar donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland goes directly to providing programs for youth, while the remaining $0.15 is used for fundraising efforts and administrative expenses. Your dollars support the boys and girls in your community. Your dollars stay in your Club. Your dollars help shape thousands of young lives.
