Located in the New Columbia community of the Portsmouth neighborhood in North Portland, the Regence Club is the newest Club location and is currently the only site that shares a building with an elementary school.

Art Room
Our Arts and Crafts program provides youth with enriching activities that introduce them art. Programs include art history, drawing, painting, ceramics, music and craft programs for members of all ages.
Games Room
The Games Room is filled with a variety of table and board games that allow members to participate in social recreation on both individual and group levels. All ages may join the “Sportsmanship Club,” which encourages youth to participate, play fairly and always win, lose (or tie) with dignity.
Learning Center
Homework assistance, hands-on science projects and a wide variety of educational activities are available through the Learning Center, which includes computers with high-speed Internet access and a large collection of educational software for youth of all ages.
Teen Center
Teen members (grades 7–12) can enjoy their own area within the Club that includes a lounge area for billiards, foosball, air hockey and movies. There is also a computer lab with Internet access and a wide variety of educational software. Teens are offered programs in all of the above areas and engage in small groups that include Career Launch/Jr. Staff, Keystone, SMART Girls and Passport to Manhood.
Power Hour
All Club members in first through fifth grade participate in POWER Hour Monday through Thursday from 2:15–3:15. During POWER Hour, the Club offers homework assistance, small learning groups, and a wide range of educational activities.
Sports Programs
Indoor Soccer registration will begin in mid-October.
