With a renovation in 2001, this Club boasts a state-of-the-art technology center, a multi-room teen center and a double-courted gym. A broad selection of programs is offered through these and other fantastic facilities during the summer and after school for youth ages 6–18.
After School Programs
Our Arts and Crafts program provides youth with enriching activities that engage members in a variety of creative outlets. Programs include art history, clay sculpting, painting, and other crafts for members of all ages.
Our gym is the perfect place for members of all ages to participate in competitive and non-competitive activities including basketball, fitness challenges, cultural games and “Run Across America”. Youth are also encouraged to participate in Club sports such as flag football, basketball and indoor soccer.
Filled with games such as foosball, pool, bumper pool and air hockey, the Games Room program allows youth to participate in recreational activities individually or in groups. Staff members in the Games Room offers a “Sportsmanship Club” for members of all ages, which teaches youth how to participate fairly and how to play with dignity.
With the support of the Oregon Food Bank and the CACFP Child Nutrition Program, the Kids Café provides a healthy meal and snack Monday through Friday. On no-school days, the Kids Café offers breakfast, lunch and a snack.
